Terms and Conditions for online auction sale Registration:

All Bidders are required to register using necessary information, name, address, phone number, drivers licence and current credit card, Visa or MasterCard.

Terms of payment are cash, all major credit cards and checks up to 500.00. No out of state checks permitted.

A 10 percent buyers premium applies to all purchases paid by cash or check, 13 percent if by credit card.

All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee, no return policy.

Iron City Online Auctions will do its best to accurately describe auction items.

Iron City Online Auctions will have a preview of sale items before every sale. Date and time will be posted before beginning of any auction.

Iron City Online auctions reserves the right to put a reserve on any item, we will do are best to sell most property without reserve.

Pickup: All pickups will be made on Monday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, unless special arrangements are made.

Iron City Online Auctions does not ship auction items. Buyer must make all arrangements for shipping with outside party not related to Iron City Online Auctions, if buyer chooses to have item shipped.

Please do not bid on items if you have not made arrangements for shipping or pickup.

Payment must be made by Winning bidder within 5 days of auction end, if payment is not made, credit card on file will be charged for purchases.

Sales tax will be added unless a sales tax id number is presented.

Non paying bidders will be blocked from auction site.

Iron City Online Auctions reserves the right to reclaim any property not picked up within 10 days of auction end.
